“I was drawn to the building's quirky, almost castle-like atmosphere, amplified by its central location near the beach and railway station; the staff seemed genuinely helpful. What stood out to me was the potential for spacious rooms, some boasting sea views and balconies, ideal for families or a relaxed getaway. This hotel has real character.”

Fair stay, some issues noticed
on-site parking spacious room powerful water dirty window poor tea no fruit tea
The hotel features on-site parking, which I found convenient. The room was large. The hot water pressure was quite powerful.
The bedroom windows were dirty. I also noticed a poor tea selection. The hotel provided no fruit tea.

dusty drawers loose taps
The location proved convenient as it was a short walk to the train station.
The bedroom was dated. I noticed a significant amount of dust behind the drawers. The shower tiles exhibited mold, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. the sink taps were loose. This showed a need for maintenance.
